We bring you guests from all walks of life, stimulating discussions, tips and resources, and the space to learn mindful techniques through regular yoga, mindfulness and meditation workshops.

Yoga for seniors

“Join us for revitalizing yoga group workshops tailored specifically for seniors. Our gentle sessions focus on improving flexibility, strength, and balance, promoting overall well-being and relaxation.
Simple poses like seated twists, gentle stretches, and breathing exercises can be wonderfully rejuvenating.

What we offer

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that unifies the wellbeing of body, mind and soul. It’s more than just a physical activity and includes several benefits like improved breathing, flexibility and posture improvement. Yoga is a multifaceted approach to general wellbeing, and all of us are capable of learning this ancient practice which can be incorporated into our modern lives. We have highly experienced and qualified instructors who will guide you through the art of yoga, be that you may be a beginner or someone who has been practising yoga for a while. We welcome all members of our community to join these sessions and take home the tools that will enable them to be their best selves.

Meditation

In the fast-paced lives that we lead, it’s important to take stock of what we have within ourselves so that we don’t run into the danger of being depleted. Simply put, meditation is an effective way to centre ourselves and gain a bit of peace and tranquillity in our minds. Dispelling the myths of it being boring and long winded, we have instructors who will take you through the process of a guided meditation that relieves you from the everyday stress and tension. You can leave all your cares behind and just be present in the moment. You can take these tools with you, anywhere you go. The benefits are worth taking the time out to learn what meditation is, and how we can incorporate it as a daily practice.

Women’s Circle

Women circle’s or guided meditation circle is a time for women to sit in a circle and understand their connection to the current or upcoming moon cycle. To share this experience with other women, to meditate and look deeper in themselves to see how they feel connected and choose to further their connections as the cycle evolves. Not just to set intentions and grow, but the circle is also a safe space to look within, to meditate, to share, without fear of outside influence or of their shares being discussed beyond the circle. The purpose behind these circles is to get together to set intentions, clear energy, work through specific things, gain clarity, and connect with ourselves through collective energy. It also helps to Connect to our intuition through dancing, meditation, journaling, ritual circle etc to listen to the whispers of our soul by quitening our mind. New moon intentions arise from a place of knowing our true magnificence & remembering our sovereignty
